Document prep

The file wins before the pitch does.

A clean document packet gives a reviewer enough signal to understand the business without playing 47 rounds of email fetch.

Core checklist

Start with the boring stuff. Boring gets funded faster than chaos.

Prepare copies for review, but do not upload sensitive documents through unsecured channels.

  • Business address and operating location

  • Invoices, receivables, or contracts where relevant
  • Seasonality notes if revenue swings hard

  • Business account statements
  • Deposit pattern notes
  • Recent NSF or overdraft explanation, if applicable
  • Existing payment obligations summary

Document preparation improves review quality. It does not guarantee funding, pricing, eligibility, or timeline.
